Exhibitor Registration

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 43rd Annual Conference of the National Association of Black Geoscientists! Our exhibitors play an important role in bringing opportunities to our membership for continuing education, internships, and full-time career opportunities. We appreciate your support and dedication to diversifying the geosciences! 

Please read the important information below:
  • Exhibitor Fee: $1,000
  • All exhibitor booths include full-access registration for two (2) attendees.
  • Display areas will include a 36″ x 60″ table for your setup
  • Please ship all materials to your hotel – the host site has limited capacity to receive shipments
  • An interview area will be available for your use at no extra charge.
  • Displays may be setup starting at 4:15pm on 9/4 thru 7:30am on the morning of September 5th.
  • Displays must be broken down by 6:00pm on the evening of September 6th.
